TEXENE™ manufacturing facilities include Sulzer® projectile looms configured to weave a broad spectrum of fabrics using slit film polypropylene and synthetic and natural fibre yarns. We specialize in weaving wide fabrics from 390 cm (153 inch) up to 540 cm (213 inch) and can weave other widths to order. Transparent and color lamination can be applied to woven and non-woven fabrics and paper products up to 390 cm (152 inch) wide using our extruded coating line. The entire manufacturing process, from the selection and blending of raw materials, through extrusion, slitting and beaming, to weaving and finishing is managed and controlled by TEXENE’s experienced engineers and technicians.
